Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your high-performance gear arrives safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We recommend ordering well in advance of when you need your gear.

We stand behind our products just like we stand with runners around the world. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will get you back on track quickly.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks (all types)
- Sports Bras
- Bottles & Hydration Packs
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchange Process
For exchanges to a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
