Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BROOK Style Shop, we stand behind our high-performance running gear just like we stand with runners around the world. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will get you back on track quickly.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Your satisfaction is as important to us as your personal best.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks (all types)
  • Sports Bras
  • Bottles & Hydration Packs
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear BROOK Style Shop Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Details: – Item Name: – Size/Color: – Reason for return/exchange: – Preferred resolution: (refund/exchange for [specific product]) Please advise on next steps. Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (rare for our performance gear), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
